Motivation, Mindset and Wellness
What motivation means to me….
Many things motivate me, but very little motivates me more than a fellow earthly creature in need. This motivates me to share with them whatever I can - be it in the form of information, knowledge or simply support (unfortunately not money lol). Any form of need motivates me to respond. Besides wanting to help them, it motivates me to look at my own life and spurs me on to avoid whatever pulls me down. No…avoid is not really the correct word… I have learned to work THROUGH a problem instead of going AROUND it is far more satisfying. It takes so much more energy to go around it instead of the shorter road through it. The experience makes you so much stronger!
I believe very much in the saying - Change the things you can, accept those you can’t and have the wisdom to know the difference between the two. If I can change a situation that I consider wrong, I will do all I can to do just that, but if I know I can’t I accept it and carry on in spite of it. The satisfaction is so much sweeter when I succeed in spite of the problem.
In business it is not always easy to get motivation when everything seems to be going against you, but somewhere, somehow, I believe things always turn around for everyone.. and this mere thought is enough motivation to keep me going.
When I am challenged by a situation, it motivates me to want to resolve it. It spurs me on to want to do more ~ be better than whatever the challenge may be. I have had many disappointments in my experience on the Internet, but those same disappointments have taught me to stand strong against the problems I have encountered - that in itself has been motivation enough for me to want to get up from the ashes and show the world that I will not be beaten… to show the world that I am going to succeed and come out on top.
I believe anyone can succeed, even excel in some field. We are so fortunate that we all have different talents so that we can all help one another. I am always happiest when I can help someone else, and that is why I decided to base my own online business on helping others. My passion lies in that and I believe that is why I will succeed.
I have an off line business too - I am a photographer who helps make digital memories with my camera - I believe that is also helping people because with those photographs, their children and grandchildren will always remember them - even long after they are gone.
