The Community Blog is one month old!

I am ecstatic over how wonderful this blog is. Not that I had any real doubts as I knew all the people involved were talented and committed individuals.
The posts have been very wide ranging and include an explanation of the ip address and a couple of posts about motivation.
A couple of things I have learned from being the organizer are :_
a) trust my team. I started off contacting the individuals to make sure they had written their posts. I soon gave this up because those who are committed will get their posts in on time without reminders and those who are not, need to either get on board or get off the bus. I know what a wonderful opportunity this is for those who see it but I have to realize that not everyone will get it.
b) not to have an agenda but to let the blog find its own place. With so many different voices, the only thing we have in common is our target audience - solo entrepreneurs and would-be entrepreneurs.
I hope you, our readers, have been enjoying the range of posts. I would love to hear any suggestions of topics you would like to read about. We have a wide range of expertise in this group and could cover most issues that you would like to find out more about. Also I would love to hear any feedback that you have and whether this blog has inspired you to consider doing a community or group blog.
